LGBT BRAZILIANS TAKE CARE WITH DATING APPS AND GRINDR, THEY WILL BE USED TO TARGET VICTIMS PLEASE SIGNAL BOOST

ALSO!!!!!!!!!!!!

In Whatsapp (the most used messaging app in Brazil), if you receive a contact from a “juridical support group for LGBT+ people who are being harassed” called “REAJA”, DO NOT INTERACT!!!!!!! Apparently, this is not a real support group but it’s a trap that are targeting LGBT+ people to physically harm them. They people behind “REAJA” have very malicious intentions.

Be careful and stay safe!!!!!!!

This is cool and all but hoooow about we make this PORTUGUESE, u know, for BRAZILIANS.

Legal, mas vamos traduzir isso, pro Portugues, do Brasil:

No topo:

WHENEVER YOU SEE THIS POST ON YOUR DASH, STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING AND WRITE ONE SENTENCE FOR YOUR CURRENT PROJECT.

Just one sentence. Stop blogging for one minute and write a single sentence. It could be dialogue, it could be a nice description of scenery, it could be a metaphor, I don’t care. The point is, do it. Then, when you finish, you can get back to blogging.

If this gets viral, you might just have your novel finished by next Tuesday.

OOOH ;_;

This kinda motivates me so much!

HEY ARTISTS!

girlwiththegreenhat:

Do you design a lot of characters living in not-modern eras and you’re tired of combing through google for the perfect outfit references? Well I got good news for you kiddo, this website has you covered! Originally @modmad made a post about it, but her link stopped working and I managed to fix it, so here’s a new post. Basically, this is a costume rental website for plays and stage shows and what not, they have outfits for several different decades from medieval to the 1980s. LOOK AT THIS SELECTION:

OPEN ANY CATEGORY AND OH LORDY–

There’s a lot of really specific stuff in here, I design a lot of 1930s characters for my ask blog and with more chapters on the way for the game it belongs to I’m gonna be designing more, and this website is going to be an invaluable reference. I hope this can be useful to my other fellow artists as well! 🙂

  • needing help
  • asking for attention

in desperate need of help

hey guys. you helped me out a while back and i’m very grateful. turns out i’m going to need that help again, because things have reached a point where i can’t do this without it.

because of a combination of my mom’s illnesses/age and my own illnesses/trans status, we don’t have a solid line of income. we have been struggling with this for about two years, since the death of my grandmother.

i managed to get some work transcribing things online recently, but it’s not enough to get us out of this hole we’re in, and i’m the only one supporting me and my mother.

we’re past due on rent and if we don’t have it by the end of the month that’s certain grounds for eviction. all the money we make gets sucked into emergency bills and debts. i need about 800 dollars by the end of this week or we’re in deep shit.

my family has already talked about sending my mom to florida to live with her brother and find work since the situation is that desperate. this is a bad idea for several reasons – most of all because my mom has a team of doctors here to keep an eye on her, because her status as a cancer survivor makes it necessary. it would be a temporary relocation to florida and from my understanding they/my mom are just going to ignore that and hope for the best. i don’t really get much input on this, but i don’t know what i’ll do if that happens, or if she gets sick.

so! we have some options here. the most immediate is donating to my paypal here. i also take commissions as of this post here. if you donate to my kofi, with a request, i will draw it for you!

thank you for reading. if you can’t donate i understand, just please pass this along. i don’t want to lose my home and i don’t want to lose my mother.

hey! we’re about halfway to that 800, thanks so much for your help so far. please pass this around if you can so we can get that last 400 out of the way and i can pay off my overdue rent

If you feel like you don’t belong on this planet, then that means that you are here to create change and live differently. Things aren’t meant to stay exactly the same all the time, and you (along with many others who feel the same as you do) are here to change the world and make things a lot more enjoyable.

Lilies Anthology went live with their Vol II: Stargazer, so I can now share my little comic with you!

It’s Daysha and Sara from One Lucky Bride as kindergarteners, and it goes into their backstory. Sara has been trying to tell Daysha how she feels for a long time, and I mean a looong time.

You can read the whole book free by downloading the Gumroad PDF. There’s even a way to buy a physical copy through Lulu.

More importantly, you too can get your stuff in the next volume of Lilies! The theme of Volume III is “silent”, as in comics with no dialogue or sound effects. See the FAQ to learn more.
